This organization began with one Richmonder’s desire to improve our community’s health and a gift. You can continue this unbroken chain of giving started by Virginia Fox Beveridge – whose founding gift created the Richmond Eye Hospital more than 70 years ago – by supporting the MEDRVA Foundation today.
Your gift directly supports the MEDRVA Foundation’s programs including operation of the MEDRVA Low Vision Center, the Community Vision and Hearing Screening Program, and the Virtual Science Fair for area high school and middle school students. Gifts are also used to support innovative medical research projects approved for funding by the foundation’s Scientific Research Committee. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, gifts to the MEDRVA Foundation may be tax deductible.
