I HOPE YOU WILL JOIN ME ON THIS JOURNEY.” “Bascom Palmer Eye Institute made me the doctor I am today. The entire hospital, located on the University of Miami Medical campus, is dedicated to the study, evaluation, research, and treatment of eye disease. It is a special setting for an ophthalmologist. Spending three years training and learning in that environment was an immersive experience. Bascom Palmer Eye Institute is one of the few free standing eye hospitals in existence. I carry the lessons I learned there with me every day. Excellence in achieving your best surgical and medical outcome are always my first priorities. Using technology and skill appropriately and ethically to give you your best vision over your lifetime is my most important job.”
