A broken wrist or hand occurs when there is a break or crack in one of the bones. This type of fracture commonly occurs when people try to catch themselves during a fall. Treatment needs to occur as soon as possible, or the bones may not heal properly which can result in inability to perform everyday activities.

Broken ankles and broken feet are common injuries. Seriousness of the injury varies. Fractures can vary from tiny cracks in your bones to shattering breaks that pierce the skin. Treatment depends on location of the break and the severity.
When a frozen shoulder occurs, the shoulder capsule, or the strong tissue of the shoulder, becomes tight and thickens. Surgery is done when minor treatments are not successful. The surgery aims to stretch and release the stiffened joint capsule.

Hammertoes typically occur in individuals who wear high heels or shoes with a narrow toe. A hammertoe occurs when there is an abnormal bend in the middle joint of your toe. Relieving any pain or pressure caused by a hammertoe could be as simple as changing the type of shoes you wear or wearing shoe inserts. If your hammertoe is more severe, surgery may be required.

Often times, spasms in the muscles of our toes can causes toe curling that is extremely painful when standing. To fix this toe that is curling, the tendons of the toe must be released.
Masses are generally found on the toes, on the sides of the foot, or on the top of the foot. They can also occur deep inside the foot.
Tendons are what attach muscles to bones. Therefore, the biceps tendons attach the bicep muscle to the bones in your shoulder & elbow. Torn tendons can be caused by a variety of factors, including injury and overuse. Typically, minor treatments are done to relieve symptoms. However, if needed, surgery is required to repair the torn tendon. Tendons are typically repaired with minimal incisions.

Rotator cuff surgery is performed to improve shoulder strength and movement. The rotator cuff is what works with the joint of your shoulder to allow you to raise and rotate your arm. During surgery, space is cleaned of loose fragments of tendon and other debris, and more room is made for rotator cuff tendon. Torn edges of the supraspinatus tendon are sewn together and to the top of the humerus.
